Title of Presentation: The Powerful Potential of Mass Spectrometry-based Metabolomics
Summary: Last year, BHCRI gave me an excellent opportunity to develop my skills as a cancer researcher. I choose to develop my skills in the highly sought-after field of metabolomics. To do this, I worked in the laboratory of Dr. Guido Kroemer, a world-leader in metabolomics. In this presentation, I will describe: my experiences in his laboratory, the future of metabolomics, and what I can bring back to Dalhousie from this experience.
