Career Aspirations:

I found my passion for cancer research during my undergraduate Honours project in the Berman Lab at Dalhousie University. This project focused on the development of a zebrafish model of tet2 mutation, a gene commonly mutated in hematological malignancies such as acute myeloid leukemia. After completing my MSc, I plan to continue working in cancer research, particularly in the field of translational research, with the goal of improving of patient outcomes.
