Physical activity and Cancer

My research revolves around promoting healthy lifestyles through theory-driven physical activity interventions. Specifically, promoting physical activity to prevent cancer occurrence, and alleviate the side effects of cancer and its treatments. I am interested in the development and implementation of time-effective physical activity interventions in community settings, the effectiveness of varying delivery methods of theory-driven physical activity interventions (e.g., internet, face-to-face, telephone counseling, apps), how the built environment influences intervention effectiveness, and the factors that influence physical activity, and knowledge translation.
